Arthur "Kocomo" McDonald

Arthur K. McDonald, Jr. was born in Anderson, SC on September 7, 1951 to the late Arthur and Dorothy Wideman McDonald.  He attended public schools in Anderson County including Westside High School.  He worked as a brick mason after high school. He was married to Dell Chamblee McDonald and from this union, they have three daughters, Kimberly, LeTanya, and Kendra Chamblee all of Anderson, SC, and a adopted granddaughter, Shan "Mia" Chamblee of the home. Arthur attended Mount Moriah Baptist Church until his health issues began.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Mildred Richardson, and Carrie Jean McDonald, and one brother Wilson McDonald.

He is survived by his wife, Dell, and four daughters, Kim, LeTanya, Kendra, and Shan "Mia" Chamblee, all of Anderson, SC.  He was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, one brother in-law, Lonnie Chamblee, and two sisters-in-law, Kathy Johnson and JoBeth McDonald.
