Edith M. Fant

Edith was born in Anderson, SC on October 10, 1925.  She was the daughter of the late Homer and Elise (Mattison) Walker. She was preceded in death by seven siblings.
She was married to the late William Fant and they adopted one son William "Billy" Fant. She also raised her niece Catonya "Dee Dee" Caulk.
Because of her love for kids, she molded the lives of thousands of students in her
33+ years teaching, and was the neighborhood Mother and Auntie.
She loved the Lord and wasn't ashamed to share her love with anyone who would listen.
She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Will Fant and Jenesis Cunningham of Anderson, SC, Shania Caulk, of Smyrna, DE  and a host neices and nephews.
