Steve was a loving husband, father and brother. He was born on August 24,1956 to the late Ernest Deaver and Harriet Janet Deaver.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, April Lynn Deaver; his sister, Lynn Bird for Virginia; and his children, Bridgett Freeland of Virginia, Joseph Gilhooley, Dewey Rowland, James Rowland, Roman Rowland and Steven A. Deaver all of South Carolina.
